Gothic Arches
My friend Kris is hosting the challenge at Gothic Arches this week. The theme she chose is Royalty/Crowns. With China being in the spotlight due to the olympics, I picked for my arch the Empess Dowager Cixi aka The Dragon Lady as my subject of royalty.Sunday, July 13, 2008
Gothic Arches-We Found Her...
Today's theme at the Gothic Arch Challenge is cats. ' This little kittie was lost so Mama Kittie and Amanda and her sister Chloe had to find her before it got dark...mission accomplished.'
I inked my paper first then overstamped with the tree image. I matted the arch on yellow to keep it from being too Halloweenish!

Gothic Arches-Patriotism
Louise has chosen the theme of Patriotism for
today's Gothic Arch Challenge. For my
submission I have used an image from
Crafty Secrets, America the Beautiful sheet
music (a freebie from Crafty Secrets) which
you can find here, and paper from DCWV.
The silver star brads have been toned down
with a little alcohol ink.

Gothic Arches
Thought I would give the Gothic Arches challenge a try today. I used stamps from Time to Stamp, Stamp Out Cute, and VLVS. The water bg was achieved with alcohol inks. I embellished with Dew Drops, glass beads and Rox by JudiKins. Check out the other submissions at Gothic Arches.
