Designer Tags

When I was assigned to use the rubber stamp set Medallions  from Red Rubber Designs this month I knew that I really liked the designs but wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with them.
Here's a look at the set:
Really pretty, aren't they? All of a sudden I knew exactly what I wanted to do with them and hoped that it turned out the way I had envisioned. (I was thinking vintage textile patterns.)
Here are the results.

I stamped the medallion multiple times then colored with pencils and spritzed with Olive Vine Glimmer Mist. The added "friend" tag is from the Vintage Greetings rubber stamped set also released this month.  I used a # 8 manila tag.

I went about this tag the same way but colored it with markers then spritzed with Olive Vine Glimmer Mist to tone down the colors. The added "thank you" is also from the Vintage Greetings set. I used a #6 tag for this one.

Once again I used pencils for coloring and spritzed with the Glimmer Mist.

I hope that this will make you look at decorative single image stamps from a different viewpoint.

I am linking this to the Try it on Tuesday challenge where the theme is "Anything Goes".
