Tim Holtz in Texas

Look at what I made last night! I took an incredible class held at the TENseconds Studio. The instructors were Cheryl, the owner of the studio, and Tim Holtz. The shadow box you see above was our project.

We worked with Cheryl for half of the class time to emboss the metal and apply it to the edges of our shadowbox.

The other half of class time we worked magic with Tim. We managed to complete all of this glueing, sticking, inking and hole poking in just around 2 hours time.

Each little canvas could easily stand on its own but how cool they look grouped together.

This little 2" X 2" canvas is my favorite. It is amazing how many things you can fit into such a small space! If Cheryl or Tim are ever in your area, I highly recommend that you take their class. You'll be glad you did.

I am soooo envious - getting together with Cheryl, Megan and Tim all at one time. I would have passed out from excitement!

Thanks for sharing.
