SAWO-Gesso Transfer

Saturday's Workout is one of my favorite challenge sites. It always gives me a little push to try new things. The technique for today's challenge is gesso transfers. You can find a tutorial for this technique on Hermine's blog here. The image I chose to transfer is one of my grandmother.

Your grandmother is lovely. And so is your transfer. Now I really have to give this try-- I've been meaning to.

This is gorgeous Sarah ... the photo of your grandmother is awesome! I'll have to try this technique when my mind is clear ... these days it seems all I can do to put together plain, ordinary cards. Thanks for the inspiration though!!
