SAWO-Waxed Paper Resist

On Saturday's Workout we were challenged to work with waxed paper or beeswax. I chose to do the waxed paper resist. I ran a piece of waxed paper through the cuttlebug and then ironed it between 2 pieces of glossy cardstock. The cs was then inked with Ranger distressed inks . Since the background made me think of trees, I added a nest, bird, and feathers.

Sarah, what a gorgeous card! I love your background design and colors. The bird fits really well. In fact, this could qualify for an entry to the new OneStopchallenge.blogspot challenge, whose theme today is things with wings.
