Theme Thursday-Flowers

The Mum Fairy

Here is my contribution to today's Theme Thursday Challenge of flowers. Notice the violet coloring of the stamp pad that you can see the edge of under the green pad. That is the color on the card but for some strange reason, my camera doesn't see it that way.....it sees blue! Does anyone know why and what to do for it?
If you look closely there is a little fairy in the center of the mum.
Stamps from StampLand and Stamp Camp.

Sarah, I have no idea why your camera is not capturing the correct color. But I can tell you that is one gorgeous mum!

The colors that show up on my computer are absolutely gorgeous and complete complements of each other - red violet and yellow green. This is fantastic with the little fairy in the flower.

So beautiful Sarah! I have had the same thing happen with purple flowers! The tiny fairy making magic in the middle of the flower is such a sweet touch!

Your gorgeous flower would be beautiful in any color!! What a lovely card!! There could be several explanations for the color difference, possibly lighting, or camera settings. If you have Photoshop, you might be able to restore original colors by adjusting "selective color", or sometimes just by clicking "auto levels". This happens to me often because I shoot in all kinds of light. But the main thing is that your card is simply gorgeous!!!

Beautiful card and colors!! Can you adjust your tint when working with your photos? That might help adjust the color...but the card looks great this way!
Cheers, Gaye
