Chipboard Mini Album
I made a little chipboard album for my granddaughter so that she can remember how small their family pet was when they first got him. He is almost 2 years old now and is as big as he is going to get but was just a tiny little fellow when they first adopted him.
His name is Oscar.
I used the Melodee Chipboard book from Red Rubber Designs for my album. It is a 3" x 3" album with 5 chipboard pages that are as thick as book board. You can find it on sale right now for a ridiculously low price in the RRD store.
All of the patterned paper in this album is from the Lily Anna Patterned Cardstock Collection. The ink is Palette ink in Beaux Arts Blue.
I stamped the leaves from the Happily Grateful Rubber Stamp Set on the back of the patterned paper and then cut them out. The butterflies are from the same stamp set but were stamped on shrink film and heated to get a size that worked better with the small pages.
All of the quotes used in the album are from the Be Happiness Rubber Stamp Set.
The large flower embellishments were made by stamping the flowers from the Happily Grateful stamp set. Some of them were embossed with clear embossing powder. The tiny pink and blue flowers were made with one of those dollar bin punches from Michaels.
I know that my granddaughter will enjoy this little book. After all, Grandma is good with scissors and glitter!

Lovely mini album Sarah, great colors and the pictures are perfect.
She's going to love this! Between the puppy, your granddaughter and the album, there is more than enough cuteness to go around!
Awww, what a special little gift. These colors and patterns are perfect for a little girl. I love what you did! I am sure your Granddaughter will treasure this book.
This is so cute and I'm sure she will love it. She's a cutie!
A very sweet album, Sarah. I really like how you hung the ribbons on the cover -- very creative idea!
You did a lovely job on that album. It will be special to your granddaughter.
I'm sure she will love it! What a great little book for her to treasure.
Hugs,
Robin
